NOTE: Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene regulations so please choose carefully.
Return or Exchange for Change of Mind
You may choose to receive a refund or exchange on unworn, unused, undamaged items with the security tags still attached within 48 hours of receipt.
You must notify us by sending an email to enquiries@8otherreasons.com within 48 hours of receipt of your items.
Items need to be returned to our destination within 30 days
Items must be received in original condition - unworn, with all tags still attached.
No restock fees apply.
Customer will be responsible for the postage cost.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or earrings.
We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders – only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.

Return or Exchange for Faulty Goods
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange.

Processing Time
We process all returns within 7 days of receiving your items.
We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
CREDIT NOTE
We will happily offer a credit note if you simply change your mind once you have received your purchases. The item must be in its original condition and unworn or unused.
