Return or Exchange for Change of Mind
We offer an exchange for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items with the security tags still attached.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or earrings.
We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders – only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.
NOTE: Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene regulations so please choose carefully.

Refund of Orders shipped within Australia
A Refund will only be issued for the price of the product; we do not refund the cost of shipping as this cost is paid to a third party.

Return or Exchange for Faulty Goods
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange on unworn and undamaged faulty items that still have the security tags attached, but you must let us know within 48 hours from receipt by emailing us at enquiries@8otherreasons.com quoting your order number.
Please understand all products featuring Glass stones, Natural Stones and Matte Finishes will vary in appearance. This is not considered a flaw in the product and will not be reason for refund or replacement.
CREDIT NOTE
We will happily offer a credit note if you simply change your mind once you have received your purchases. The item must be in its original condition and unworn or unused.
