Yes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and order weight. Delivery times depend on your location and customs processing.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
What is your return policy for change of mind?Policy
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged with all original tags and security seals attached.
  • Email enquiries@8otherreasons.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • No restocking fees. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • 8 Other Reasons is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?Support
If your item arrives faulty or becomes faulty within 30 days, we can arrange a refund or exchange. Please email enquiries@8otherreasons.com.
Variations in glass stones, natural stones, and matte finishes are natural characteristics and not considered faults.

Processing & Credit Notes

How long does it take to process a return?Timing
Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving your item. You'll receive an email confirmation once complete.
Can I receive store credit instead of a refund?Credit Note
Yes. We're happy to issue a credit note for items in original condition (unworn and unused).
